I’m Jeff Wright. Yes, that is me in the blue shirt with more gray  hairs  and pounds then I would like to admit to.

If you are reading this, there is a good chance you are worried  about a  potential transmission problem with your vehicle. Like many 1st time  customers, you may be nervous and worried. Will I get Honest  Recommendations? Do  I really need an expensive transmission overhaul?  Will I get a  realistic  cost estimate before repairs are done? Will the repair last and solve my  car’s  problem. How good is the warranty?

Let me try to put you at ease:
1. I started Jeff Wright’s A-1 Transmission in 1993. We have been  in business for 17 years. To stay in business this long you must treat the  customer  right.
2. Eighty Percent (80 %) of our  customers are referred to us by their general repair shop, previous  customers  coming back for more service or previous customers referring their  friends. You  have to take care of your customers to get this amount of referrals and  repeat  business.
3.  Sixty Percent  (60%) of the  repairs we do are considered "minor’ and average a little under $300 per  repair.
4.  If you do need a transmission overhaul, we will give you a  firm quote before starting repairs.
